There is a tremendous need in southern Africa for help with orphaned and vulnerable children affected by the rampant AIDS epidemic. As a family, we have worked with inner-city children in Baton Rouge for years: providing an opportunity to encourage them of their value to God, their value as a person, and that God has a purpose for their life. We hope to bring that same message to the AIDS orphans in Eswatini.
The school uniforms for the kids at the Madonsa CarePoint school were handed out yesterday.
These are uniforms sewn at the Makholweni sewing project. Alice is teaching the girls there to sew and using the uniforms to train them. The kids love the uniforms and it helps make them and their caregivers feel they are part of the school!

so cute! looking very proud of their NEW clothes. for many--most--this is the first time they have ever had anything new to wear.
sweet little lives being changed daily as they come to know Jesus and learn good stuff about life and living.
